“ Pacific Engineering & Services Pte Ltd was established in 1992 with the objectives of serving the growing regional economies, in particular the Marine, Offshore and Building Industries. ”

We have progressed and gained reputation as a major supplier of marine pumps, tank gauging systems, air compressors, inclinometers, eductors, float level switches, and electric & control systems. Over the years, we have further involved in Food & Beverages Industries, Chemical Industries, Sewage and Water Works etc.

Our subsidiary company, Pacific Ship’s Plants & Industries Pte Ltd was set up in 2003 to meet the fast expanding industries. It has since been entrusted by many world renowned makers and manufacturers in marine equipment and related products as the agent, distributor and stockist for the region. The products we supply includes sewage treatment plant, oily water separator, RO fresh water maker, hot water calorifier, flowmeter, helicopter refueling system.

It is our principal aim to provide our clients with reliable, service friendly system to meet individual and regulatory requirement. We always strive to maintain excellent customer focus by providing competitive pricing and after sales services. Besides selling our clients the best equipment from premier manufacturers, we are proud to offer continued maintenance, parts and repair services to help ensure proper operation and long service life for all the products we provide. Our broad network of agencies enables us to cater to varied needs and requirements and make your job as easy and hassle free as possible.

Our customers are across various industry and that include all major shipyards in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and The Philippines. We are also export oriented and have since involved in projects in Sri-Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Japan, China and the Middle East Region. Other projects include supplying of pumps to the water works, food industries, petrochemical industries, LPG terminal, airport, drainage, utility and tunnel work.

In year 2008, Paterson Integrated Engineering Pte Ltd joined as an associate company; and now a subsidiary. Supplying specialised equipment/systems for Artic (-50⁰C) Navy Vessels (eg. mine hunters), fishing vessels, ocean going vessels and harbour tugs.

Range of supplies include complete fishing gears, hydraulic powerpack, windlass, winch, crane, capstan, steering gear, bow/azimuth thruster, ballast water treatment system, FW/SW water treatment system, rescue boat/davit and many others..

Another associate company, Pharmedley Pte Ltd was set up in 2013. Pharmedley partner with world-renowned suppliers from Europe, Japan and United States to supply a broad range of processing and packaging equipment for the pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetics and chemical markets in the S.E.A region.

Our new subsidiary company, Pacific Global Technology Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in March 2018. With this new company set up, we are able to enhance our services further, and at the same time, imporove our pump and other equipment supplies within Malaysia, especially for the food & hygienic and waterwork sectors.

Purpose

All employees have an obligation to the Business, our Clients and themselves to observe high standards of integrity and fair dealing. Unlawful and unethical business practices undermine employee and Client trust.

Policy

Our Code of Conduct policy applies to all employees and provides the framework of principles for conducting business, dealing with other employees, Clients and suppliers. The Code of Conduct does not replace legislation and if any part of it is in conflict, then legislation takes precedence. This policy is based on the following:

  • Act and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism
  • Exercise fairness, equality, courtesy, consideration and sensitivity in dealing with other employees, clients and suppliers
  • Promote the interests of PacificGlobal Group.
  • Perform duties with skill, honesty, care and diligence
  • Under no circumstances may employees offer or accept money
  • Any employee, who in good faith, raises a complaint or discloses an alleged breach of the Code, whilst following correct reporting procedures, will not be disadvantaged or prejudiced. All reports will be dealt with in a timely and confidential manner.

Should any employee have doubts about any aspect of the Code of Conduct, they must seek clarification from the Human Resource Manager. This policy will be regularly reviewed by PacificGlobal Group and any necessary changes will be implemented by the Human Resource Manager. This code applies same to the subsidiary and associate companies of PacificGlobal Group.

Environmental Policy
